My three grandsons are a handful to get out of the house on most mornings. Let us just say that they are of an age when arguing about everything is a "fun" pastime!

Today, I have to get all three of them fed their lunches and then dressed in their costumes, all within a half an hour. And TWO of them require some involved makeup, which I think I am going to tone down for their afternoon at school, and only do "for good" for their trick-or-treating after supper.

So who are YOU dressing today?

My oldest will be Hitsugia from an anime program called Bleach.

The middle one of going to be Jack Sparrow.

And the youngest is going to be Jack Skelington from The Nightmare Before Christmas.

It sounds like Southern Comfort is just a "little bit" leery about her teenaged daughter growing up! (hoochy momma?)

I am smiling WITH you on this one. Believe me when I say that if she has reached 17 without getting into trouble then your teachings HAVE sunk in wonderfully. (No matter how much they vamp at Halloween!)

Is it politic to tell Miz D that my tongue is hanging out at the thought of her 30+ year old son in a Mr. Incredible outfit?

NAH...better not...might ruin my image!

I am now an observer. My teen daughter has taken over the fun of dressing them. My grandson has been sleeping and wearing his batman suit for weeks. The 17 yr. old is even dressing up as a graveyard fairy to take them. Now I ask you what is a graveyard fairy? It appears to be pink and black hoochy moma with long balck lace gloves, boots and wings.
Happy Halloween everyone!

No grandchildren yet. I'm not even putting on makeup for my costume - a cowboy hat and a bandanna that I could pull up over my face if the wind blows up too much dust.(Not likely in Indiana:)
My husband wants to wear a Santa hat this year while he hands out candy. (He already has the white beard and the round belly) I just call him Mr. Cloz!
I keep trying to get my son to dress as Hagrid from Harry Potter, but he doesn't seem inclined. I even have a gold fire lizard he could carry and call Norbert!
My daughters and I are helping with Halloween at our church. I think they're both going as witches. We didn't think hoochy mamma was a good theme for that.

Happy Halloween!

I'm wearing my Halloween T-shirt! It says Good Girl Gone Bad, has a picture of a skull and glows in the dark!!! I'll probably have to help get the Lady Bug costume on my 9 month old granddaughter. She fights like a little tiger when it's time to dress her. Hope she doesn't grow up to be a nudist! LOL

My oldest grandson is 10 and plans to wear his football uniform (the last I heard). He's debating on if it's cool to Trick or Treat at his age. I think he will give in and go beg for candy.

The 7 year old grandson is going to be a bull-rider/cowboy. Has the black felt hat, chaps and everything. He looks the part, a husky blond handsome tough guy.

The 5 year old grandson is going to be the "black" Spiderman. (I didn't know Spiderman came in different colors?)

I wish I could get my 30+ son to dress up like Mr. Incredible for Halloween. He's tall, very blond, muscular and has the barrel chest. All he needs is red tights/tight red shirt, black mask. Can't talk him into it!!!!

I hope you and your grandsons have lots of Halloween fun.

I wish that I had a grandchild nearby to dress for Halloween. It's my very favorite Holiday of the year! But, I am dressing myself.

I decorated the office at the beginning of the month and organized our annual Halloween pot-luck. Last year I was the only one that dressed up. But this year... I am a witch, my co-worker is a sexy devil, my boss came in an Indian suri, one girl is in her husbands 27 year old Marine camoflauge uniform, another girl has something like a sock on her arms covered with tattoos, and there is one other witch. I was thrilled to see all the girls get dressed up and bring good food for our pot-luck today! Happy Halloween

Well, the kids are going to dress the grandkids. I've volunteered to help out at the church. We have a spook house that we do every year and the kids drop by their after their trick-or-treating or as an alternative to trick-or-treating. It's going to be pretty cold here tonight, so being indoors will be more comfortable. They'll be dropping by the church after sunset.

Oh, and I'll be dressing myself. I was talked into being the Bride of Frankenstein at the spook house. My hubby thought that it was appropriate for me, but I told him if I'm the bride, what does that make you?!?!

Grandkids live over 4 hours away but I have one at home yet who is almost 12 and we have volunteered to go pass out cookies where I work. Have been baking them all day along with over 100 loaves of bread. Busy busy. But the place smelled awesome all day. Happy Halloween All !!

I'm going to be busy dressing ME to be ready when my grandkids come this evening. I'm 66 but by the time they get here I'll be 96! I can't wait to see their faces when I go to the door!

Alas, no grand kiddies yet. But I will have candy available if anyone knocks on my door. Last year I only had 5 come by.

My step daughter always dresses our grandkids, I never know what they are going to look like until they come to my door. The like to scare Mamaw. :-)
