There is a saying that goes " If you win an argument you lose a friend"With this case every theory that has been put forward has either been disproved or was simply not true. The children were drugged. Disproved. She was killed accidentally by her parents. No evidence'. The parents are using the funds for their own use. Not true as its run by the directors and the parents have no say how the money is spent. Now the police in Portugal think Maddie was ad ducted via her bedroom window. So even if the McCanns were in their home they may not of heard anything. So now the anti McCanns turn their spite on the people who do not agree with them. I get thumbs down for every answer that I give even this one, you watch. It does not worry me,all I hope for is the this missing girl is found safe and well. Even then the anti's will still find something to accuse the parents off.

They do deserve sympathy, because at the end of the day they have lost a child. The problem is that if people dare to criticise the McCanns for anything, they get named as 'vile and cruel' in the papers. The press in this country are supporting the McCanns, as far as I can see. There's nothing wrong with it, but from what I've read, the papers call new theories against the McCanns 'wild speculation' and 'hateful slurs.' I do have empathy for them, because they have lost their daughter, and I would like nothing more than for her to be found, but the press in this country are behind the McCanns, not against them. The people who question the McCanns are the ones in for it, like the PJ. I don't know if the McCanns are involved or not, but until I see solid evidence to prove they are, then it's innocent until proven guilty. It would be a great Christmas present for everyone if Madeleine was found safe and well, wouldn't it?

No they are not. It has not been proved one way or another for sure as of this.
It seems like everyone thinks anyone they want to pick on is fair game for them but not for others to believe in.
Just shows how narrow minded most people are.

That's because the Bobble Heads aka the Anti McCann Campaigners, don't know how to process a reasonable thought.
Just watch what happens when a Pro McCann posts a question. The other Pros actually DISCUSS the question, or give their opinion. There are no insults or name calling. Oppsoing opinions are not attacked. Enter: The Bobble Heads...the name calling starts, they will repeat over and over the one fact of the case that they can prove (the negligence) and act like children. When one of them posts a negative question, they fly to it like vultures, nodding along and instead of DISCUSSING the issue, they see who can make the best wisecrack. i.e. It will cost Heather Mills her other leg to support the McCanns. Now is that childish or what?

The problem is, we are in this thing for the long haul. If Maddeleine is found it will all come out what happened but it´s been too long now and I can´t see closure of this tragedy.
I fail to see why some people on here are so bitter about things they know nothing about.

Not many people these days don't have an opinion about the McCanns, one way or the other. Isn't anyone who condemns the McCanns fair game?
