Some advice: Take an English course in writing, grammar and composition. No matter what field you go into, your English should be better that what is demonstrated in your question.
I agree the 3 year genetics course is good. Then I think you should get a Masters Degree in genetics (AND a MBA, especially if you are going to do the business end of genetics.) To be a researcher you will need a PhD.

It depends on what to become in life. If you want to be involved in technical stream then pursue a masters in genetics only. But if you want to be in the management stream you should choose mba.
Some companies may employ a technical man to be a manager though he is not an mba.
Pls keep in mind that any technology is invented or discovered only to be sold in the market.
Hence if the technical man invents, the mba sells it.
There are plenty of stuff that can be told, but to keep this answer short i shall stop here.
Please take your decisions keeping in mind in what you are interested and in what you think you are good at.

yes its a good choice but first make sure in which line u wanna go.like there are many fields like HR,Marketing,Finance,etc.Chose the one accordingly n job you wanna go for.take the list of speclised field in MBA then see in which field you wanna make carrier n is that field in matching with ur education.this way u can decide what is good for u
