It had to be a guy who make no sense, a voice that sucks, bad quotes, doesn't know what his talking about.
Those things all point out to John Morrison...
I know you guys may say Khali but he have the voice he just don't talk English. I consider Morrison having the worst mic skills in the WWE but if you too are implementing Diva's then there's a LOT.

This is a tough question because most of the superstars pretty much suck on the mic but i'd say the absolute worst has to be Vicky Guerrero

Anybody remember Hardcore Holly's wife, Barbara Bush? She had hooters the size of Texas? She was terrible on the mike! I know Divas aren't known for their mike skills (except for EVIL Trish Stratus - she PWNED), but she was awful. I think that why she only lasted a few months.
As far as the males go, I'd gotta go with Kamala. Khali is annoying, but Kamala sounds like a walrus.

The Great Kahli hands down. He doesn't speak any english and his translator is very annoying. He should not speak whenever possible. Just be a foreboding figure like Kane when he had his mask on and did not talk.
