i am from a poor country in Asia! so i really don't have no ideas of HALLOWEEN ! maybe it's a festival or something like this.

Halloween (万圣节) is October 31.It is celebrate in the United States,Canada,Britian & most western countries.Children go door to door while wearing costumes.They ask for treats (sweets & chocolates) & play pranks.

ok well to make a long story short......kids just run around in a neighborhood,dress up in their costumes,and get Candy (A.K.A- TRICK-OR-TREATING). Some people believe that it is a day of the devils birthday and that is why the kids dress up so he doesn't see you and steal your soul but dont belive that becaus it is NOT true. Most kids just do it for fun. Well i guess that is it..so mabe some time you would travel to the U.S for Halloween and see what it is like:) ....

NOW it is a day where kids dress up in costumes to get candy.
it originated from old beleifs that the dead could come back to life on october 31st, so people began dressing up in scary costumes to scare away the spirits, and these people would go from house to house offering to scare away spirits, and in return they would recieve a treat, if the person refused, they would play a trick on them. Thats how we get trick or treat.
There is a bit more to it, but thats the jest of it.

Where people dress up like anything they want..anything from a bunny to a vampire. Kids go door to door dressed up and collect candy..adults usually pass out candy at their house...Adults dress up too and usually have parties =D Fun occasion if you celebrate it right!!!

we celebrate it here in the US its a day where kids dress up in anything they want to be and go trick or treating.they go door to door and people give them candy
