I don't normally have much trouble falling asleep, it's staying that way that is a problem, I have back problems and sometimes the pain makes it very hard to sleep!!

Falling asleep at will is a talent I am blessed with. And once asleep, the Space Shuttle Atlantis could blast off from my backyard, and I'd never know it.

Yes, I have... I often have a hard time falling asleep just from the slightest sounds... There was once I woke up just because a mosquito passed by my face...
Another problem was that as soon as I was asleep, I find it hard to wake up... ^_^

I have insomnia problems... Also I cannot sleep well or for long time, while it is night. And I sleep better during the day.
