Nope.

The antenna might be internal. I am surprised though, most Linksys routers have a small external antenna. Make double sure that there's no mistake.

There is no way to technically "bridge" the antenna and ethernet.

You sure this is a wireless router? There are those that aren't!
What is the model number? Nearly all the wireless Linksys units have either antennas (or at least an antenna connector - may be under a cover.)

And no you cant just add an antenna to an ethernet slot.. you have to add an access point unit if the router is not wireless.

Your router is not wireless capable. The easiest way to fix this problem is buying a wireless router - they are not that expensive - $60 at Walmart.
