Myspace .. Bebo .. Geocities .. 360 .. etc which is best ...?

On which of these sites could I possibly run a webcam of the view from my window... like a weather watch or similar... I believe I need video streaming...but how would that work?

Well I know you can't use a web cam with myspace... so I really would recomend... you use stickcam. http://www.stickcam.com its a cam community and you can do all sorts of things there... its like a myspace with chats and cams and blogs and everything.... I hope this helps.
