well... i've been taught mostly by old people who kept saying that kind of knowledge was not to be transmitted to many but only to one - and only when you get close to your end.

other than that... the internet is full of silly magic rituals.
don't wonder when they won't work, tho.

If you are talking about magick and not about stage magic, visit my 360 blog. I recently wrote an essay on how to create a talisman and have posted other essays on mysticism and magic. I am currently including essays on the Tarot..

Start by reading Christopher Penczack's books. You need to teach yourself, if you don't have someone you can talk to in person about it. Go SLOW, and listen to your intuition. Are you wanting to study magick as a spiritual path? Or are you talking about the pulling-bunnies-out-of-hats variety of magic? In that case, I can't help you.

teaching magic is easy. finding the right person to teach it to is the hard part!
most do not teach for fear that what they teach will not be used for it's original intent.
this brings the Karma back on them if the student does wrong on purpose!

i think magic is the power of the mind, and VERY few have learned to reach higher potentials.. most people who claim to do magic are fake and frauds, most of it is physics and illusions. No I do believe that their are some "paranormal", if you would say, things that can be done.. but that isn't because they do magic, but because they are able to use their minds.
