Without a doubt it would be "The Tooth Fairy" I'm not even joking because it was a jump out of places scary movie. I was on the edge all the way through. I never get scared from movies.

I agree with legendary that those old Vincent Price films are great and the most disturbing Vincent Price film I've seen is Theatre of Blood with Diana Rigg from The Avengers starring along side him.

Any vintage movies with Vincent Price or Peter Lorre in them...
The only movie I remember that scared me was "The Birds",I was 10 yrs old then...Blood-n- gore do nothing for me,but I do acknowledge the great use of computer generated special effects they use nowadays..=)
