What makes me genuinely happy is the ear-to-ear grin on the face of my friend who has recently (and safely) returned from his 4th Iraq tour.

My boyfriend, my dog, my family, fishing, hiking, a beautiful day that I can be under the trees with a light breeze, skiing, spotting wild animals in the woods.

Weekends, Spring and fall mornings/evenings, my wife, a good movie, a great workout, etc.
