I don't think you should worry, I didn't have any symptoms with either of my pregnancies.

Some women don't have morning sickness or sore breasts as signs of pregnancy. Just because the symptoms have stopped doesn't mean anything especially miscarriage. Sure, if you have had a miscarriage the signs and symptoms will stop but, if you have no signs of miscarriage such as cramps and bleeding, don't worry. You are lucky!! Some people have morning sickness all throughout their pregnancy and are miserable! Enjoy the rest of your pregnancy and if you are particularly worried for any reason, see your midwife or doctor for reassurance.

You need to try and not stress. With my first pregnancy, I had hardly any symptoms and they would come and go but had a healthly baby. With my second, the symptons dropped off at 7 weeks and I did not knwo I was miscarrying until I was 11 weeks. This is NOT to scare you. It is just to show that it can go either way. Symptoms do drop off when nothing is wrong, and they do drop off when something is wrong. There is nothing you can do but try and relax. If you can't stop worrying, go for an ultrasound. With my 3rd/current pregnancy, I had an u/s at 8 weeks to see the heartbeat (which I did) because once you see that, your chances of miscarriage drop very dramatically. Don't worry about the lack of symptoms. As said, with my first, harldy any symptoms and now have healthy 3 year old. Good luck.

maybe for some people.. that doesnt mean anything I only had morning sickness a couple of times the same week I found out with 2nd child.

I used to read stuff online all the time when I was pregnant, and I would get worried and ask my dr about them, the first thing he said to me was, did you read about it online.. and he told me to quit reading about things that can go wrong I will worry myself to death

if you start feeling as if you have menstral cramps..then call your dr. they will probably tell you to take a warm bath and if that doesnt help they will tell you to go to hospital. because that can be a sign of miscarriage or preterm labor...I went with both of my kids once was dehydration and it caused contractions..the other was nothing..but the nurse said always better to be safe than sorry. so don't play around with cramps

The only time you should worry about your symptoms stopping is if you are experiencing intense and painful cramping. I had the same concern with my first child when I was 6 1/2 weeks along. I've spoken to my doctor and it was completely normal.
If you still concerned, go and talk to your Doc, it will put your mind at ease!

Best Wishes!

The only thing you should worry about is the childs future education costs. JK.

Every woman has different reactions or symptoms to their pregnancies. What you have stated is no reason to worry.

I actually knew a girl that lost 10 pounds right after her pregnancy. Weird. LOL.

Jonsey. If you so worried about your pregnancy just go to your doctor and tell them your worries. They will help you out. Don't think they will think your making a fuss about nothing, they would rather that than have a problem. They are the best people to give you the correct advice. People like us can only guess and if you listen to Yahoo Answers people you could give yourself a problem. Go to the doctor Jonsey. DON'T TAKE RISKS.

Call up your doctors office and schedule a check up. Best to be sure since no matter what anyone here tells you, you will still worry. Go get checked out ASAP.

Everyones pregnancy is different. worry is the worst thing for you though, so if you have any concerns at all dont let it eat you up, just head to the doctor for your own peace of mind. Im sure everything is fine though. :)
