I think they're still making them occasionally. I haven't watched many new movies lately but I remember Good Night and Good Luck was black and white

Black and white films are still being made so there has been no last one.
The last big Hollywood film was The Good German starring George Clooney and Cate Blanchett in 2006

actually there is no last black and white movie because they are still making black and white films. the films are created in black and white mostly,i guess to create a vintage look. the most recent black and white movie was the "control" which was directed by Anton Corbijn

Films are still shot today in black and white, either due to budget or for effect. Monochrome is often used for stylistic reasons, or for people trying to recreate the imagery of the film noir genre.
Colorization was standardised in the UK and US in the late 1960's.
