Do you really care????? If she's being this horrid to you why would you want to be friends with her? If I was you I would choose to ignore her, that will really annoy her, as people like that get off on having a reaction from the person they are being nasty to. I'm sure you have other friends who are more grown up and much nicer people to be around, enjoy their company and forget about Hannah who obviously needs to grow up.

Does she do this when in the company of other girls or when you are on your own with her.
If she is trying to make friends with another group she may gain points by insulting you. If she does this whilst you are on your own then somehow you have upset or hurt her and you need to know what you have done in order to put it right....
If you could catch her on her own you need to be strong and ask her why she is acting like this.
You say she was your best friend so you know where she lives, why not turn up at her home, when you know her parents are there and ask her what her problem is. Tell her straight that you want this to stop or you will report her for bullying. Best to try and understand what has brought this about. Could just be that she is enjoying the reaction that you make when she does this, so if you chose you could just blank her and have no reaction. You seem to be left with 2 choices, either ignore her completely or buck up the courage to go and see her and try make ammends. Good luck.

Walk up to her and stare her in the eyes inches from her face and don't back down. Usually they don't want to be embarrassed and get the tails whipped in front of everybody so they will leave you alone! It's called bully the bully! Or Just stay away from her and always be intimidated. Just don't be as immature like calling her names or talking about her. The more you stir *S H I T* the more it stinks Always remember that! IF IT COMES TO BLOWS JUST AIM FOR THE NOSE, THROAT OR GUT. BE RUTHLESS IF NECESSARY.

She wants to hang out with the popular or BAD girls and proving herself to them at your expense? OR she is jealous of you and now is hell bent on putting you down. AVOID her like the plague.
She is the problem, not you. Do not even try to find out why she is doing this to you. Whatever her reasons she is TOXIC. People like that will just keep getting worse. If she follows you around to pick on you. Report her. Make an anonymous call to the cops saying she has drugs on her locker. That should give her enough to worry about instead of harassing you. GIVE her a problem
