Absolutely yes. It's one of the most not-talked-about topics and yet has enough death and politicking to be considered both a separate war and ethnic cleansing.

Yes it was true!!!! I think the mass murder of non military civilians was very unnecessary as was the rape of women and female children also the looting pillaging and burning was hideous and should not have occured. The Japanese could have reached their military goals without all of this. Some Historians consider this as Japans version of Attilla The Hun!!!!

Yes it happened. The way Japan treated the Chinese people can be seen as another holocaust, but as another answer says we don't talk about it.
