You can check-out the following:
SDR Mactan Apartments - USD45 per night (cheaper for longer stays). free internet, all apartments have kitchens, 3 mins from the Mactan-Cebu Airport, within 5 minutes walk to Marina Mall (over 100 retail stores, restaurants, shopping centre, banks etc.)
They are serviced apartments and are quite large for the price you pay. Approx. 400 sqf - 710 sqf.
