I have a Toshiba Satellite M200/X00 notebook and I want to know if I can upgrade my graphics card on it, and where I can get one

There are NO retail graphics card for laptops. If your unit has integrated graphics that just share memory from system ram, there is no way to upgrade it.

I have seen upgrades for express slots if your toshiba is new enough to have one, but it hooks up to an external monitor, you can't use your laptop's screen.
