After some research, I found the front side bus of 533MHz. Can someone explain what that means? Is this the number I was looking for?

Celeron D346 runs at 3.06 Ghz. What makes it slow in games is its small L2 cache of just 256kb. Its 533mhz fsb is also slow and inefficient at 89W TDP. Current Intel Core2 fsb is at 800/1066/1333 mhz.
In comparison, the new high performance Celeron 420/430/440 (Conroe L) run at moderate speeds of 1.6 to 2.0Ghz at 800mhz fsb/ 512kb L2 and only 35W TDP.

The 346 runs at 3.06GHz, but to make absolutely 100% certain try opening up your control panel from the start menu and double-click on "System". This will open up a dialog box showing your current CPU type and speed.

So yeah, your cpu speed is MORE than adequate for that display card.
