From my personal knowledge, here are some modern ones:
In the highlands: Incas and Aymaras.
In the jungle: Ashaninkas and Shipibos.

PreInca Cultures: there were several!
Coast: Moche, Chimu, Paracas, Nazca, Siapan, Sican.
Highlands: Tiahuanaco, Chavin (oldest), Huari.
In the jungle; Chachapoyas.

Peru is a lovely mixture of many cultures. The incas mixed with the spanish creating all sorts of colours and then the blacks were brought as slaves from Africa creating more interesting mixtures.
