I have thyroid problems, i'm taking strong medication for my thyroid sickness, if i'm pregnant i can't take this medication

I would recommend checking with your doctor or pharmacist as some medication can decrease the effectiveness of birth control and you're right if you were pregnant you shouldn't take strong medication (unless your doctor is aware and have given you permission to take the medication).

I don't get what you mean, do you want to take the morning after pill? Go to your pharmacy and ask if your medicine interacts with it. They will tell you and give it to you if it's ok. If you're already pregnant and you're taking thyroid medication then tell your doctor immediately.
