I was looking for MBA, IT, Legal professionals who are interested in formation of Knowledge Process Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing, Legal Process Outsourcing in India. As what I can see that the scope for these are increasing every day in India. I find most of the people are looking towards the latest methods of communication through net for any such transactions. This gives wide scope for professionals to get easy employment & source of income. I have observed that Legal consultancy & advice is now more in demand through online communication through out the world as no one is interested to contact a lawyer/advocate in person for this. I have been a part of the legal professional for more then 24 years & know the basic legal issues which people look forward through out the world are some what similar to those which people in India face. The difference in the legal statues in different countries is no doubt different but basically all these provisions are similar in nature. The various international laws dealing with the international transactions between people of different counties are well followed by India too under the various conventions & forums etc. My purpose for posting this question here is to motivate various professionals to give a though to this issue of formation of such organizations which will be run by all of them as partners according to their status, experience, knowledge & labor they put in running these organizations rather getting a fixed salary from any of such already formed organizations where the big bag of money/profits is carried by businessmen who invested & formed them although themselves had no professional degree or experience but on the basis of these professional built their empire. My vision to form such organizations is on lines which once Mr. N. R. Narayana Murthy of Infosys did when he collected IT & other professionals & formed this organization or Mr.Subrata Roy who formed Sahara India. All those professionals who read this question may not reply but at least give a thought to this idea, may be some day they can all sit together & workout such organizations. I will be too happy to be in touch with all those who think in my lines & are interested in such venture. Lastly a humble request to all those who reply this question, in case you are not interested in what ever I have stated here please don’t reply rather giving your views of such projects going for total failure, such things discourage others who may be interested in all this, after all those people who are already in such business too started from scratch. Thanks.

What Kishore has pointed out here regarding criticism etc regarding this, it is for those few people who come out & reply questions just for the sake of replying it not for actual purpose, in that they write whatever they like which may not be liked by other readers of the question & its replies. As far giving thought to by professionals is for them to reply or contact me after understanding the whole issue in details & then discuss it, not just ignoring or rejecting this proposal outright. Its not my idea but as the history tells such ideas of formation of cooperative organizations amongst the various professionals already exist, I only want more such to be formed, so the question of any one hijacking this idea & start doing it without taking me hardly matters. If any group of professionals will need my indulgence in such project will definitely take me with them, after all we cannot force any one to include any person with them just like that.

A very interesting aspect.I should appreciate your idea mr.vijay. I would like to be a part of this venture to share my experience which i gained from my 37 years of service in the judicial departments throughout the country. I am a law graduate of 1978 batch and if such a business is started, i will be happy to join as a partner. Otherwise also i was thinking which type of work I should do after 31.1.2009,i.e.my retirement date. I don't want to waste my time and energy without doing any work and idleness will contribute to ill health only. So please go ahead with this programme and whoever is willing to join this business, let us have an open discussion and for that purpose, fix up a place and time for the same. Everybody should sit together once and discuss things in detail and form a good Association.Wishing all success to this new venture and awaiting a reply mail, thanks.

Hi,
Yes i think that is a great idea because you gotta have a vision. I totally agree that this is a good concept and as a matter of fact i believe that many companies are already doing it. I am not in the law field myself but i am actually looking into forming such a firm by recruiting professionals and selling the services, just like BPO. I already know many professionals but maybe we could braistorm and help each other by sharing more discussions about that.

It is good idea and concept for LPO and BPO.
You are trying to gather the team of professionals is the starting point of the venture which will be a Giant corporation in future.
Let me ask you

-1- Why are you averse to negative or criticizing answers? Does it not test your proposal, idea, does it not give test to the strength and weaknesses of your idea. All the sugar makes one a weak.

-2- You say the professional may not reply but give a thought…. What will be their next step after giving thoughts???.
They have to reply to you only informing you of their willingness, their qualification, skills..!

Or else they will find their own group with your Idea?. Will it be acceptable and tolerable to you , your ideas hijacked by others.?

Your banning Critics of your question itself attracts criticism.

Any way Your question is good. And I too had thought about it. My concern is about the UnOrganised PC Users who are frequently facing lots of problems:
a) of services from Systems Engineers, Technicians, Not attending on time at reasonable prices
b) of Softwares quoted in US $$$ only. And not available in INR currency.
c) Consumer’s protection forums not considering this services as Products at all and denying the service right of consumers.

I may have missed some points but I have made my point . that is it.

One good point he has raised rather demanded, Government should immediately devalue Rs.500 & Rs.1000 currencies and ask the people to collect currencies of lower valid denomination in exchange by giving the account. This will immediately expose major black money as most of the Black money holders keep only higher denomination for convenience. But government is not accepting this demand. Does it mean that they have more of this currencies?
