2a=10(11)
a= 5(11)

there are ten numbers
the first number is 1
and the last number is 10

sum=n(a1+a10)/2=10(1+10)/2=5(11)=55

1+10=11
2+9=11
3+8=11
4+7=11
5+6=11
therefore if you sum the last and the first no. and then multiply the answer by n/2 (in this question:10/2=5) you'll find the answer.;)
1+10=11
10/2=5
11*5=55
