First 1 cm^3 = 1 ml

So let's compute the volume in cm^3.

210 mm = 21.0 cm
320 mm = 32.0 cm
145 mm = 14.5 cm

Volume = 21.0 x 32.0 x 14.5 cm
= 9,744 cm^3
= 9,744 ml

Okay, but we need litres, so convert:
9,744 ml / 1,000 ml/l
= 9.744 litres

In other words, approximately 9 3/4 litres.

A litre is a cubic decimetre. Picture a cube about 10 centimeters a side. That is equivalent to 100 millimetres aside.

So 100x100x100 = one million. A litre is one million cubic millilmeters!!! A cube only about four inches aside is a million cubic millimetres!!!

divide volume by 1x10^6.

210x320x145 = 9.744 x 10^6
And dividing by a million gives us 9.744 litres.
litres.

That will be a cuboid (not a cube). All sides of a cube are equal.

1L = 1dm³

1dm = 100mm
The dimensions of the cuboid are 2.10x3.20x1.45dm
V = 9.744dm³
= 9.744 litres
