That would depend somewhat on your bone structure. Your best guideline would be a nurse or doctor. They have charts that tell you what is an appropriate weight. I don't think you would be skinny at 120 pounds. Anything under 110 would probably be skinny. I was skinny at your age and my dad wouldn't let me wear blouses that showed my upper arms because they were so skinny (I was your height at 107 lbs.). He said people would think he couldn't afford to feed me. (I just laughed and wore them anyway).

well when you are that age you are supposed to between 120 to 130 so any weight under that would be too skinny.

It depends,
I've got a friend who is only 5" at 63 kilos, but she is like a stick insect.
Depends whether you have heavy bone mass, and whether you are built on muscles or fat
Even if he (I assume it's a he) is at 50 kilos, eats well and has color in his face, he should be fine...
