With the equine influenza, there are none at all in Sydney at the moment. You are not allowed to move horses anywhere. There could be some riding schools or stables looking for people to exercise their horses on their property but you would probably have to stay there once you had been in contact with the horses.

Once the flu is over, there are many stables around Centennial Park and there are riding tracks in the park which are free to anyone with a horse. You won't have much luck, however, till the flu scare is over.
