I was watching tv when suddenly when the phone rang, i left the room to answer the phone. On coming back after 5 minutes I found the tv disconnected. On checking it closely i found out that the plug is stuck between the tv and the table. This cant happen by its own and very near to the room was our maid whom when asked abt it gets angry n denies. She asks me why she would do it. But she should have done it but she is not accepting. Previous experience shows that she tells a lot of lies n denies boldly. She was not seen to unplug the tv, even there was no one else to do so. I dont know y the hell she did it and it was in the morning so there is no chance for ghosts to do it. Neither is there any chance for anyone else to do. Even on coming back, i saw her walking along the coridor near the tv room when as she tells, she was just closing a bathroom door near the tv room. How do i make sure who did it and make her admit the truth?

I feel as if I'm in the midst of Clue! The maid did it. She doesn't think as we do. She has her own mindset. That is why she denies the act.
I reckon, you'll never get her to admit to the fact. You have to either accept her quirks or fire her!

There is no one to prove that the maid did or did not unplug the tv. Who knows for sure, she could have unplugged it, to plug in something else. Someone could have found it left on and no one in the room and turned it off. Or if accident prone like my family...someone not paying attention walks by and steps on the cord and it pulls out of the plug and they continue walking away as they didn't know what they did. By the way, if a ghost wanted to unplug your tv as a prank it could do that anytime of day or night. Also I have had a plug to push back from the outlet as I was plugging it in, like a reversed magnetic field hindering me from plugging it in. As for the maid, take her at her word unless you have proof otherwise, it sounds like you are annoying her as much as she is annoying you and she is there to pick up/clean up after your family, not to be hounded by the kid hanging on the couch. And by the way, you won't ever make her or anyone else admit something if they don't want to, even in some instances if you have proof.

According to a latest study, Ghosts are doing some overtime jobs at daylight these days.
According to the same study that is because of the raise in rents in NY and for not finding so many ppl at homes in the usual night hours.
So the ghosts Union and the Society of the Ghosts Rights (SGS) decided to give the permission to special cases among ghosts to earn their living during the morning.

It was the maid in the living room with the candle stick, dude.
Tell her you cut a slice in the wire so that whoever unplugs it gets shocked.

Dear Child. Why didn't the maid answer the phone? Could your foot have caught the cored without you knowing it and unplugged the T.V.? Is the maid on trial for lying? Why should she admit anything? If your parents are rich enough to have a maid,then why don't you have them buy some of those little spy cameras?Who said ghost aren't out in the morning?LOL!

Hmmm... well from what I know, ghosts come out whenever they feel like it. If your biggest complaint is your maid unplugged the t.v., I'd say you have it pretty good.

1) why does it being morning automatically mean ghosts couldn't do it
2) she did it, and you may never get her to admit it, if you are sure she did it, why does it matter?
