William Cohen Lee...it sounds very sophisticated. It has the feel as a name of someone is is very bright and accomplished.
It also would give your soon to be son many options such as : Will, William, Bill, Will-I-Am, ETC : )

If Cohen is a family name, I'd use it. Assuming neither has special significance, William is a better name.
