According to proper MLA citations, if I had a magazine/website/encyclopedia source without an author, would I put 'No author' where the author's name would have been in the citation, or would i leave that place blank?

If the author's name is not with the article then you just put Unknown Author. If the article doesn't have an article then you would put No Author.
