Dolly had some of country's biggest hits. She was also a great songwriter and business woman. She also seems pretty humble after all the success she's had.

Pardon me, lol, do you mean Dolly Parton ;) Granted, she is top-heavy and has a very distinctive voice, but I don't see how that makes her the best modern woman ever.
