Probably much like 'Xavier' for a boy. Pronounced more with a 'Z' sound rather than 'X' sound.
Personally I think the name sucks either way but each to their own. I love 'Z' sound names (my kids are Eliza and Izaac) but this one isn't so great.

i would guess "zi-tal-ic"........but that sounds more like a medicine than a name....i know a good exotic, but kinda pretty name.... Xellexia pronounced "ze-llex-ia"
