Any hooded cape pattern over black shirt and pants will work.

Luke's jedi outfit from ROTJ is a very basic outfit. Many costumers suggest using the "Men's Black Butte Jumpsuit" pattern from The Green Pepper Company as the undersuit. For the material black gabardine fabric is suggested instead of wool. Over it is a plain pull over vest made of cotton/wool blend. For the cloak any biblical style cloak pattern from McAll's or Simplicity would work.
