Have you ever thought that there isnt such a thing as the concept of time and that its just us that invented it? I honestly dont think theres any such thing as "growing" older, but instead that one of you exist multidimensionally per literally every second of the day and the memories of the other ones of you are just uploaded to make it feel as if it was actually you that carried out those actions.

NO ONE is an individual I feel, but we are one of many different ones of us. The 1 year old one of you still exist, the 2 year old, the 3, and the 60 year old all at the same time.

Does anyone get what Im saying and do you agree?

LOL, are you stoned?
Just kidding, but I totally feel you on this. My theory has been that our present is actually us reliving our past, that's why we get deja vu. I think we have already lived our lives and are dying, and right now our lives are passing before our eyes.
Now, quit hogging the blunt. Puff, puff, give.

Let's cut off all Philosophical mumbo Jumbo and leave it aside for the time being. It's true that there isn't really any concept of time. It's because time is infinite ie we don't know it's beginning, middle or end. So,how does one go about using it?Same can be asked about mass (weight) , heat ,velocity(speed),gravitation and what not.If we mark a point on an infinitely long line and call it a Zero,it can become our starting point for all practical purposes though theoretically it means nothing,as it shall have no back or forward references to measure or compare. Our all historical references like 200 B.C or 900 A.D.are based on our concept of a starting point on a time Scale. Now,time becomes not only a concept but also a measurable entity.Imagine,if we can compress a life span of say,65 years then as the degree of compression increases, the gaps between the years, weeks or days get reduced and at one stage can be seen to be existing at the same moment(with zero gap between them). This stage is when a person is living all the ages ie childhood, youth and old age ,all at the same moment. In spite of all this,we,the humans have made the time as real(relatively),measurable and hence usable for our practical purposes.Though I can not say the same thing about individual and collective lives being the same,as mentioned by you.Philosophy has it's uses but science sustains humans in their living a life in this world in a meaningful way.

wow, tough philosophical question. Yeah, I've read about what you're trying to say but I forgot the term. It's a school of thought whereby there is no such thing as time. That what we are experiencing now is the present. I don't think too much about it though. Closed the book because it hurt my head. Gave me disequilibrium. i think I'm too used to the concept of time because then I can understand better. Time explains everything which is one of the language properties humans can do compared to animals. We can explain about the present, past and future but animals don't. So maybe by thinking about multidimensional existence, are we thinking like animals???

Time is real, depending on how you measure it. For example, if you can measure "light years", then you have an actual measurement of time.
