I feel as if everything in my life is becoming more disillusioned every day and I can't seem to stop it...

Think about this, it is always today, do not worry about tomorrow, it never comes, when you get up in the morning it will be today. Live each day with a smile on your face and giving it your best. That is all anybody can do. Worrying about tomorrow will not help you prepare for it if you are so paronoid about that you can't think. Live today, most of the things we worry about never happen anyway. Smile, and let life come to you, Believe in yourself, I recommend reading your Bible everyday, start in the Book of Psalms. It a good start, and there are plenty of good devotional books out there for every morning reading that can help you focus on the day ahead, not tomorrow.

I'm a youth councilor...
My best advice would be to join some youth action or the likes. It takes a lot of guts and the first time might not be so nice, but it realy is worth it.

If you're not Christian get involved with something similar.

The reason for your whole ordeal (this is MY opinion, I might be wrong.):
You're focus is set too much on yourself, the more we focus on ourselves the more we realize we ARE FAAAAAAR from perfect.
Get involved with a community action or something social. Just don't go to clubs or THAT sort of places, it will only cause more problems in the end. (Personal experience.)

Socializing will help with motivation (which you need.)
Try to cheer up. Life is difficult, but you where MADE to cope.
You ARE strong.
Get up, face your problems and smile.

Hope things get better for you. ;-)
