You can either leave your face "flesh tone-ed" or paint it white with makeup. Black eyeliner will work at drawing your smile as long as you use RED for the actual lips and nose.

Wear a light foundation, but not white face paint. Put on a lot of blush for rosy cheeks. You could draw a smile on with some black eyeliner or black make up crayon.

Go to Youtube and look-up 'Scary rag doll make up'. That way you can see and hear what to do, instead of reading about how to. Also, heres a tip... PIGTAILS. I think curly pigtails would be excellent if your hair is long enough. (:

I would do a white face, with two big reddish dots on your cheeks and red lipstick, and black eyeliner. You know kind of a Raggedy Ann doll look. =)

1] draw on dark, perfectly rounded eyebrows
2] draw on eyelashes with black eyeliner [ on lower brow bones, and cheekbones ]
3] red circle [ lip color? ] cheek blush, and on tip of nose
4] bright red lips - can extend sides with liner, but I think they look better plain
5] no freckles - that's Strawberry Shortcake

make two or three big round freckles w/ eyeliner high on your cheek bone, then take a red eye shadow and make a circle of "blush" on your cheek. do red red red lips and mascara w/ liner. cute!!

give yourself freckles put on eyeliner bright pink blush and a nude lip color :)
