What kind of videos? You can d-load some on Google Video, or what I would recommend is BitComet, and use torrentreactor.net to find the videos, its great for movies and TV shows. Also you can go legit, and buy it off itunes.

If you are talking about Music Videos then I say go to http://www.imeem.com if it is other videos like movies, than I can't say because that is illegal.
