-When theyre hanging onto the edge of a cliff for dear life...hmmm, should I help them up or should I tickle them? lol
-prob not a good idea to tickle your boss while theyre yelling at you
-while theyre sitting on the toilet
-while theyre doing a handstand on a bike
-also prob not a good idea to crawl under the dressing room door at a store and start tickling someone

Honest story...
In Highschool back in the NewWave 80's I was going for a state title in wrestling...
I was a light weight and didn't loose enough at weigh-ins to be able to get in the lower catagory bracket... I got stuck with the guy who I knew was better than I was...
I got the take down but for the life of me could not pin the kid...
Then as a last resort... I did it... I tickled him... He folded and I pinned him.
It was sick. It was wrong. It worked.

Ok...picture this..your walking into a grocery store...you see someone juggleing several bags of groceries while doing the "man i gotta pee dance"...You dont know them...but you walk up and tickle them....i'd say that'sthewrong time...
Or when your trying to flirt your way out of a ticket....gee you only make that mistake 6 times...but i learned my lesson.....ok..well almost learned it
