he got gonoreae and he accused me that i was sleep with other guys,,after 4 years marriage life and when we have 2 years toddler, he begin to stop communicate to me and never wants to know about his son progress, what should i do?? many people said he must be find somebody else and divorce is the only way for us, but i don't want to lose my son (about the custody), since his familly wants to take away my son from me..i really need help..FYI.. he have many debts to my familly and lies to me about US $2000 (he wants to buy a house in Cavite).He push me to resign from my job other wise we have to get divorce at early of our marriage life and now he try to get another soft loan from my auntie..

you need to talk to an attorney because you never mentioned whether you are in this country or the Philippines. You and your husband are the ones that have any chance of getting your son so his family will not be able to get him, at least here in the U.S., you do need to file for divorce and tell your aunt not to give him any money.and take any records you have as to bills, the fact that he has gonorea, and so on to that attorney. If he still has that $20,000 in the bank you may even be able to get at least half of that back. Good Luck to you!!
