my friend moved here about a year ago and she gets home sick a lot and for her birthday i had an idea of giving her a small replica of her old house and i was wondering how i would find anything that would help me with that. thanks

I would find your local model-railroading group, or a local architectural modeller and ask them to make a replica from photos...
OR, you could take photos of the house, manipulate them with software like "Adobe Photoshop", and then put them onto cardboard.

A person who uses electric saws like a jigsaw or a bandsaw would be able to make one for you. Do you know any woodworkers? They would just draw the house onto wood and cut around it, then paint on the details.
