How can I set up voicemail? It says I need my voicebox number, what is that?

I tried calling myself, got a busy signal, I tried to set it up by holding one(dialing voicemail) but the computerized woman just said she needed my voicebox number advised by my system manager? What is a system manager?

It depends on who your cell phone provider is. I would call customer service and find out. They should have given you that account information when you signed up.
