Love means never having to say I'm sorry. Instead just apologize with actions...not words.
So many people over use I'm sorry. Instead if really needed, say I apologize and I'd like to make it right by....(fill the rest of this sentence in with an action). Show remorse. And don't repeat the action that made you have to apologize. Some people say they are sorry, then they repeat the wrong doing over and over again.

Pretty often for both,but Probably "I'm Sorry",since I'm pretty clumsy and is always stepping on people's feet/shoes/etc.
