For some reason, I have gotten nuts about flossing and make sure to do it every night. Almost obsessive about it.

Well I know you don't necessarily mean religion but I have to say I go to church every Sunday.
Another tradition-I greet my 6 cats when I come home from work. Talk to each of them.
