I don't think they are able to get a new picture of Bin Laden because it is possible he is dead. The video that was aired last month was proven fake. The government wants to keep this war going for their own personal benefit.

Its a game the CIA claims to be winning. Information wars and getting many in Al-Queda and the USA to believe various things to keep them off center.

because you found it on cnn an anti bush media channel. They dont want to give him credit for anything, so therefore they dont want the new pic out there because soldiers will remember bin laden new image and he may be caught and then they would have to give bush credit for catching him and bow down to him for doing so.
