Look at the periodic table, the mass of one mole is listed as the atomic weight in grams.

The molar mass = the Atomic mass, as per the Periodic Table of Elements.
a). Ca: Atomic mass = 40g/mole = 40g Molar mass.
b). Fe: Atomic mass = 56g/mole = 56g Molar mass.

Well I'm guessing you are asking what the molar mass of Calcium and Iron is. All you have to do is look on the periodic table at the number right under each element.

So:
Ca=40.0 grams/mol
Fe=55.85 grams/mol
