This is my original birth certificate it is not a copy.
The birth certificate is from baltimore md.
I know some state have raised seals and some have water mark seals. Mine has a water mark seal.

Will this work to get a passport?
If not how do i get one with a raised seal?
Also i now live in Niagara Falls NY so i can't go back to baltimore i have to be able to do it by mail.

you don't have to have a raised seal, depending on your age some don't even have raised seals anymore. If it is the original, they know .

If that's the way it was issued, you should have no problem. Passport people should have a reference list of who has raised and who has watermark seals.
