Yes it is, for me at least! I think lips are one of the first things I notice on a woman, after her eyes.

this answer is coming from a girl whose entire upper lip disappears when she smiles (which is frequently these days) and I will be the first to say yes big lips on a girl are hot!
well like everything else- full but not obscenely large LOL

No, i dont think so!!
But its just a personal opinion and it varies from person to person!
Some may find it hot and some may be repulsed by Big lips!!

I have full lips but that is hereditary . And no guy that I kissed has ever complained.
Full lips and hips are sexy, only little boys that have never experienced think it's gross.
