In my opinion, he should have been a baby boomer too, or maybe he was and came back to his generation?

I am not saying anything about his character, he is and always has been a gentleman. He just seems to contribute to our generation better than most others his age. Which is why I asked this question. Sorry Goldwing, you are my favorite answerer, but I was not denigrating his pedigree, just wondering if he was reincarnated in the wrong age. I am still waiting to here from him?

I am glad he is on this site too. He makes me feel young. He is one of the prime reasons I like this site. He is a wonderful man and is probably; even though I don't really 'know' him; a thorough gentleman!

Wickwire is newly reincarnated. He was at his hayday during the early 1900s.He is wiser than most of us and far to civil to be a part of his generation.I value his insights and sensibility and enjoy his mild, genteel approach to life.Viva Wickwire!!!

Not sure what you mean here, but I have found Wickwire to be a gentleman, always tasteful in answers and questions, and more often than not, very deep with his questions! He is one of our more "thinking men" here, and I always look forward to his questions...I may not always have an answer that is worth writing, but I read everyone of them! He raises very interesting points, states his case succinctly, and never offends anyone....a rare trait here. A star for this question, Goldwing

We all love and honor Wickwire. His mom really didn't tell him his real age, it would have made her a child bride! That is why he fits like a well loved, comfortable shoe. We are so happy when he is here He is an honorary Sr. Citizen!

Maybe he is like me. When I was a young girl in the fifties, I liked movies, songs, and other things that were even then considered old. I still like those same things, things that were way before my baby boomer generation.

The way they're talking Granny, I almost asked the same question.

I've always thought the same thing, I was born too late. Thanks.

I just tried to head into town but my head wouldn't fit through the door tonight.

I, too, love Wickwire! - and have also marveled at his ability to connect with we who are so much older than he. He is a very special man!!!

He's acclimated so quickly. Perhaps he IS older?
No matter, I love him and I'm grateful he's here with us.

Wickwire is what we used to call really deep. He is a thinker and very sensitive to our feelings. An asset to any site and very welcome here. His family must be very proud of him.
