Foods can be broken down into 4 basic groups: Carbohydrates, Lipids, Proteins, and Nucleic Acids. Carbs are made of the following elements- Carbon Oxygen Hydrogen; Lipids: Carbon Hydrogen; Nucleic Acids- Carbon Oxygen Hydrogen Phosphorous and Nitrogen; and finally Protein: Carbon Oxygen Hydrogen and Nitrogen.

A lot are. Sorry ahead of time because i know i can't spell. Potassium is in Bananas, calcium is in milk. And in things with proteins in them, Oxygen, Hydrogen, and Carbon, (actually, pretty much all foods have oxygen, hydrogen and carbon). Some proteins have phosphurous. Some foods have nitrogen, iron and some even have others. It all depends what makes up the food, and what type of food it is.

Oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, iron, copper, chromium, zinc, calcium, potassium and almost every other element you can think of except lead, except in Chinese imports, and radioactive elements. And, even then, those last elements might be in tea served to Russian spys

LOTs of elements, most of them are just fancy name for sugar, salt and stuff like that, other elements are they to make the food last longer

all organic compounds contain carbon. that is certain. other elements will vary. sodium and cholrine are in table salt, carbon and hydrogen compounds are in many things... you could research it to find more.
