I think it has something to do with ^3 radical 64 ^2.

yes u do ^3 radical 64 which is 4 then u square the 4 and get 16

The exponent is 2/3, so 64^(2/3)=(64^2)(64^(1/3))
=64²∛(64)
and you can do the rest

if you mean
(64)^(2/3)

then it is [(64)^(1/3)]^2 = [4]^2 = 16

64^(2/3)=(4*4*4)^(2/3)
=4³ ^(2/3)
=4^(3*2/3)
=4²
=4*4
=16

You have your choice. You can square 64 and take the cube root or take the cube root of 64 and square that. As noted, you will get 16.
