I'm the same way, some people are just night people. Kinda makes it rough when you HAVE to function during the day. Maybe we were both bats in past lives! lol

Sounds like you have your days and nights mixed. Try going to bed earlier at night and getting up earlier in the morning, so you can get back on schedule before your school strike ends.

set your alarm for 6 am and get out of bedroom immediately. have a shower and eat a big breakfast. stay awake and active for the rest of the day and make it a point to go to bed at around 10pm, no later or earlier. 4-5 days of this and you will be cured. else request your parents to step in.

Sounds like you are a little depressed. You have to force yourself to go out, try to make it fun lunch with friends, a movie something to look forward to. The hours you are sleeping are not that unusual but you need to make it a point that each day you have a purpose. Clean your room, or the fun day plan, cook a gourmet meal and surprise your family, just stay involved in life and you will snap out of it. That it if you do not have a medical problem, which it sounds like you probably do not, but it is always something you can have checked out in order to rule out. Good luck

you haven't mentioned if you are a student or staff. either way, you are kinda stressed out by the strike. The best thing to do is to exercise and take a nap right after. this will move your sleep time up and hope you can get up the next day and do some things to keep yourself busy. the more you do, the better off you will be.

Look at what you are eating at each meal. You should be eating your higher energy foods in the morning and the heaver denser foods in the evening... If this is reversed you are getting all your energy too late in the day and programing your body to work this way.
