I wouldn't support that kind of a constitutional amendment, 2 terms is enough, regardless of who is in office. Reagan might have been able to win a third term, but Clinton is more questionable.

No. George Washington set a wise precedent by stepping down after 2 terms. It seems that the longer a politician is in office, the more corrupt he or she becomes. Term limits help to ensure a broader representation of citizens within elected office. Once someone has been in office for an extended period of time, they tend to be more focused on serving their own political interests versus the needs of their constituents.

Reagan was senile in the latter half of his second term and Clinton was impeached. No way either of them would get a third term.

No way - after this presdiency I want the constitution changed to say that no member of the same family can ever hold the office, no presdient can be in office more than six years, and that the opposite party automatically gets control of the senate.

Too much of a good thing can be very bad. This country could not have stood another round of FDRs socialist agenda, would not have stood another round of either Jimmy Carter or Bill Clinton and as much as I support the current president, I doubt we could stand much more of him either.

Nooooo. Term limits for every politician! And age limits and health checks, like pilots. We have senile, sick, incompetent life bureaucrats hanging in congress way to long.

absolutely not...no matter who is prez...unless aliens invade and make it impossible to hold elections, the military was blasted and they're starting to fatten us up for dinner....then maybe...but then it wouldn't really matter...I could be president, you could be president....the guy at the can recycling place could be president (I really hate that guy, he's so mean...but if he was still alive hiding in the can pile, he could claim whatever he wanted)
